OUR HISTORY –
Co-owners Ken Litchfield and Paul Spilsbury have been business partners for 25 years. They purchased a Four Seasons franchise after meeting while building homes in Sonoma County on adjacent lots. As business owners, they were once a two man operation; taking phone calls, installing rooms and then returning to the office to catch up on paperwork. Those days are over. They have hired a staff of well trained installers, a marketing manager, an assistant production/scheduling manager and an assisting bookkeeper and accountant. Overall, the business runs like clockwork. Sales are great and the team of employees are well suited and happy in their positions.

DISPLAYS HELP US VISUALIZE POSSIBILITIES –

When you visit our showroom at 3415 Santa Rosa Avenue, The first thing you notice is a beautiful 230 Victorian Conservatory display in white. It has operable windows, double swing doors and Conservaglass throughout (see photo). The display is a small sample of what can be added to a customer's home or business. We have used the 230 Victorian Conservatory model in a number of projects; one in particular was very interesting as it covered a lap pool, extending the Victorian to 19 x 25 feet. The customer enjoys in-door swimming year round in a controlled climate.

Another display at our business is a 230 Sun and Shade Room with a gable pitched roof in sand tone (see photo). This is a very popular model in Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino Counties as homeowners have expressed to us over and over again the desire to see the beautiful landscapes out the vast Conservaglass wall system this unit offers. One of our projects featured this room on the southeast side of a home where the customer now enjoys added light, view and solar warmth the 230 Sun and Shade room offers.

In the showroom itself, there are two, 230 Sun and Star displays. one has curved ceiling glass in white with a swing door and the other has a straight eave design in sand tone. Both have operable windows, using Conservaglass. The customer can see the variations in the bay window sizes; both 30" and 36" bays are displayed.

The "customer favorite" display is the System 8; with wood and bronze aluminum structure, crank windows, straight eave design with ten panels of Conservaglass ceiling glass. The morning sun gently warms this unit each day to create a wonderful seating area in our outside office where customers can brose the catalogs and talk with our sales personnel. A truly impressive display!!!

The final display is our 230 sun and shade straight eave design showing customers the benefits of adding skylights to a solid ceiling, electrical outlets around the perimeter of a room addition and the architectural appeal of adding transom windows. This display is white with a stucco finished wall system.
